What:  MidSouth Region Standards & Ratings Clinic, Jump Clinic with Deb Willson, and HM Seminar
Where:  Majestic Farm outside of Cincinnati, OH

  • Deb Willson will also be covering the new track available in Pony Club, Hunter Seat Equitation
  • Note that the clinic will be held in an indoor arena with bleachers in the viewing area

2011 Midsouth Region Annual Meeting

The 2011 Midsouth Region Annual Meeting will be held November 12th at the farm of Robin LeMastus in Goshen, KY.

We are looking forward to some fun, education and networking!

The “Leadership Training Workshop” will begin at 1pm.  The Regional Council Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm and end at 8:30pm.  Morning
activities and lunch are optional. Workshop and Meeting are not … :-)  Dinner will be provided (free of charge) for 2 persons per club/rc.

‘Revised’ sign-up information and Agendas for the both Workshop and AM are attached (and also posted on the regional website).
Sign -up information revised to include the following:  ”Midsouth will reimburse clubs/rcs for one night’s motel room at the
Best Western Ashbury Inn in LaGrange, KY for either Friday or Saturday night (your choice).  Reimbursement forms will be available at the conclusion of the Council Meeting.”

The minutes from our 2011 Spring Regional Council Meeting held this March are also attached/posted.  Please review the minutes so they can
be approved at the Board meeting.  They will not be read during the meeting.

By all accounts, the 2011 Annual Meeting and Convention in Nashville was a huge SUCCESS!!
USPC Coordinator,Wayne Quarles, said it was the ‘smoothest’ convention
he had ever organized in his 12 years with Pony Club!
